SPA SERVICE
POLICY Insideout prides itself on providing the best
customer service possible. We are one of the leading spa companies in the
Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan areas. We provide uniformed service
technicians for all service calls and offer monthly spa service maintenance
seminars at our Maumee, Ohio Retail Store. Customer satisfaction is our main
goal. In order to maintain these standards, the following service department
policy is in effect beginning August 1, 2002: 1. All service
calls are performed on a C.O.D. basis only. For security reasons, service
technicians cannot accept cash payments. Personal check, or credit cards are
acceptable methods of payment. (Visa, M/C, Discover) 2. For all spa service
calls, we prefer to have water in the spa. 3. The customer or an adult
customer representative MUST be home during the scheduled two-hour arrival
time-block, with the ability to pay for services rendered, if required.
4. The customer or representative must be home and able to gain entry to
the home for the entire duration of the service call. 5. The spa
will not be serviced if the customer or representative is not home. 6.
A service charge invoice will be left if the customer or representative is not
home at the time the technician arrives during the scheduled two -hour arrival
time block. 7. Due to numerous problems in the past, service technicians
cannot call before they arrive at the customers house. If the technician
is going to be later than the scheduled two-hour arrival time block, the Service
Department office will contact the customer to advise of the delay.
8. To accommodate customers work schedules, we do work late on Tuesdays
and Thursdays. We also work on Saturdays. 9. Please keep pets locked
up or inside when the service technicians is servicing your spa.
10. All over-the-counter spa part orders must be placed through the Service
Department in Northwood, Ohio (419-697-7216). If traveling to our Northwood,
Ohio location to pick up the part is inconvenient for the customer; the part
can be shipped directly to the customer for a nominal charge. |
